What is a fair usage policy and how may it affect me?

To ensure quality service for everyone, we apply fair usage limits. All plans include up to 150,000 words per month (this is a lot), and usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.

If you regularly need more volume, consider contacting us to discuss custom quotas.

We designed these limits to accommodate normal business and personal usage while preventing abuse of our service, ensuring reliable performance for all users.

What are glossaries and how do they work?

Glossaries are custom dictionaries that ensure consistent translations of specific terms. For example, if your company "Bright Solutions" should never be translated, or your product "PowerTool Pro" needs to be "PowerTool Pro Plus" in Spanish, you can define these rules in a glossary:

Example Glossary:
- "Bright Solutions" → "Bright Solutions" (keep original)
- "PowerTool Pro" → "PowerTool Pro Plus" (Spanish)
- "EasySync" → "FácilSync" (Spanish)
- "cloud storage" → "almacenamiento en la nube" (Spanish)

Advanced users get 1 glossary, while Team users can create and share up to 10 glossaries and share glossaries with their team members.
